30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN
DM us on TikTok @westfloridadesignz.us or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm and give you the go-ahead before you ship anything back.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to our mistake.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping cost to you.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once it ships, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll message you when it's processed.
NOT RETURNABLE
Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery, and discounted items marked final sale.
