We're based in Florida and we ship fast — that's kind of our thing.
PROCESSING & SHIP TIMES
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, 3–4 at the very most during busy drops. Orders placed by 3 PM ET usually ship the same or next business day.
Most US orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is created.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items ship starting August 7, in the order they were received. Your tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Need to cancel before it ships? Full refund, no questions — see our Return Policy.
SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.
WRONG ADDRESS?
Double-check your address at checkout — we ship fast, so there's a small window to fix mistakes. If you catch an error, DM us on TikTok @westfloridadesignz.us or reply to your order confirmation immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships. We can't refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days or your package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
